What's involved?

As a Sous Chef you will assist the chef to ensure the smooth running of the service and deputise in their absence. You will help in nurturing the junior members of the team whilst also:

• Adhering to food hygiene standards at all times.
• Communicating effectively with all members of the team to ensure an efficient working environment.
• The hotel is closed Sunday evening and Monday & Tuesday from 1st October until 1st April
• Then reopening 7 days per week for the summer season
• Mixture of splits & straights dependent on rota
