Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Cannock - up to GBP22k basic + Generous Uncapped Commission Package (Office Based)
My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over the last 25 years. They are an independent, multi branch, family run business who are a friendly bunch who strive to provide an exceptional service to all their clients. They are looking for an experienced office based Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team in Cannock where you will be registering applicants, booking viewings and negotiating offers.
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Cross selling mortgage advice and solicitor referrals
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
- Experience in Estate Agency
- Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Vebra Alto preferred
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with time off in lieu
