Executive Assistant (Directors)
Salary up to £15,186 per annum
20 hours per week

(Benefits include Agile Working and Company Pension scheme)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of an efficient, responsive and comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our Executive team of 4.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the Executive Directors in delivering the strategic objectives
• Providing administrative support including minute taking, report preparation, co ordination of diaries
• Drafting and preparing of presentations and letters as required and ensuring that all documents are formatted as T&D brand style
• Preparing and co-ordinating the administration monitoring and reporting of internal audits and on-going action.
• Providing project administration support, undertake discreet pieces of work/projects relating to Executive Directors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Have the ability to carry out administration tasks to a high standard.
• Have experience of working in an administrative or support role in an office environment where there are agile working patterns
• Show excellent writing and organisational skills
• A flexible approach to managing workload with the ability to multi-task.
• IT proficiency
• Can do approach
