Guildford: GBP39,523 - GBP47,584

Manchester: GBP36,485 - GBP45,701

Hybrid Working - Up to 3 days per week from home

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team in either our Manchester or Guildford Office. The main purpose of your role will be to provide effective programme office support for operational business change programmes. You will be responsible for delivering high quality management information and reporting that demonstrates progress in delivery of the programme plan. This will provide clarity on status and risks to support clear decisions.

A key part of your role will be the co-ordination of readiness activity across all operational departments, relevant areas outside Operations, and with programme workstream leads.

Summary

Main role purpose:
We are recruiting a PMO Analyst to provide effective PMO support for a complex business change programme. The role will sit within the Project Management Office working with a team of professionals that support a range of IT and business sponsored change. The role will be responsible for managing key programme plans and producing quality management information and reports on the programme status to a range of stakeholders.

A balanced background in PMO coupled with a love of Programme planning and control, and a keen eye for detail will drive the successful candidate.

What s involved:
Managing and coordinating governance meetings
Delivery of PMO processes and documentation
Development and maintenance of the programme plan
Producing high quality status reports and MI
Risk and issue management
Working effectively towards challenging deadlines

An understanding of best practice PMO and Program processes - A/I/P
