We are Firmin Recruit, an employment business working on behalf of our logistics client based in Aylesford.
The client is a well established business who are going from strength to strength. Due to a number of business wins they are now looking for a Fulfilment Services Clerk to join their team.
Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm / Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP17,000 per annum
Benefits: Parking, 21 days Holiday + Bank Holidays & Pension
The Role:
Ensuring customer enquiries/instructions are received and responded to
Receiving instructions from clients and ensuring these are followed by warehouse fulfilment team
Monitoring inbound stock deliveries (primarily ocean freight container imports), in order to preplan put-away, warehouse locations & pending order fulfilment
Recording outbound order information and updating clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Personal skills:
Flexible and adaptable
Friendly, positive, "can-do" attitude
Decision making approach
No experience required as full training is given.
