IT Technician - Stoke
Role: IT Technician
Location: Stoke
Salary: GBP40K DOE
I'm looking for a highly skilled IT Technician to join one of my best clients in Stoke on a permanent basis. My client are a thriving MSP who are rapidly expanding and looking for other likeminded technicians to hit the ground running and utilizing and expanding their current skillset in an environment that will allow you to thrive. You will be coming in at a 2nd/3rd line level and this is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge both on a helpdesk / field support basis.

Role Responsibilities:
You will provide remote and onsite 2nd / 3rd line IT Infrastructure support
Assist with & carrying out project work
You will ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner and that you remain professional and approachable at all times
Update tickets accurately and ensure tasks are progressed in a quick and efficient manor
Make sure satisfaction is met at all customer points, using strong communication skills
Maintain and provide the highest level of support to our existing customer base
