This is an amazing opportunity for a Sports Coach to join an industry leading and forward thinking wrap around care company. They are growing in size, quality and scope every year and are now looking for someone to support them on this journey.
We are looking for positive individuals who are passionate about working with children aged between 4-11 and can bring energy and enthusiasm with them every day.
Lead Coach consists of providing sports provisions in primary school settings to deliver outstanding sport and structured activities. The successful candidate will abide by the high standards set in providing the safeguarding and welfare in our learning environments.
As well as leading sessions, the successful candidate will be a driven, self-motivated individual who can work well as an individual as well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Delivering fun and structured PE lessons to children in primary schools
Prepare and deliver activities for primary aged children in line with the S4A coaching philosophy.
Planning PE sessions to a high standard to meet the specific needs of children.
Other ad-hoc duties including becoming part of our office based team to help enhance the quality provision that we provide.
Delivering breakfast, after school and lunchtime clubs to a high standard.
Becoming a play leader in our multi activity wrap around cares.\
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
NGB level 2 qualification in any sport.
A valid in date safeguarding certificate
A valid in date first aid certificate
A valid in date Enhanced DBS check
Taught P.E in school previously
