We are searching for an outstanding, highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team, based in Norton Canes, Cannock. This is the perfect role for a strong communicator and a natural problem solver, who is passionate about delivering first class customer service and technical support. This is a fast paced, proactive opportunity, with bags of variety where no two days are the same, working closely with Franchisees, National Accounts, and a wide range of business-to-business Customers.

What will I be doing every day?
• Providing world class customer service to our Franchisees, National Accounts, and Customers, with a wide variety of queries
• Proactively building trust and maintaining strong working relationships with all customers
• Managing and responding to incoming calls, emails, and online chat
• Working closely with all departments, especially our Research and Development Team, developing your technical and product knowledge to share with our Franchisees, National Accounts, Customers, and Customer Service colleagues
• Being heavily involved in the management of customer ordering portals, pricing updates and other administrative activities

Our Customer Service Advisor will have:
• Experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, composed manner
• Experience in handling technical or product related customer queries
• A desire to learn and develop product and technical knowledge
• Confident IT skills including MS office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• An eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutions
• A positive, energetic, and can-do attitude
• Interested in all things automotive and comfortable being practical and hands on (Desirable)
• Comfortable with occasional travel between sites in Norton Canes and Shenstone
