We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a leading financial services organisation in Milton Keynes.

As Customer Service Administrator you'll be liaising with our client's customers via email and telephone calls, building relationships and providing them with updates.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and people skills
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Professional & confident telephone manner
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
Willingness to learn, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Previous experience in a customer-facing role would advantageous This is a permanent role and the working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) at our client's modern, lakeside offices in Milton Keynes with free on-site parking.
