Position: Sales and Website Administrator
Location: Carlisle HO
Salary: GBP21,000
Sector: Fashion Retail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Order Processing - Take orders from reps, agents and customers by telephone, email and internet and input accurately onto sales order systems. Keep customers informed of delivery dates and stock shortages on their orders. Ensure all stock shortages are fulfilled when stock becomes available.
Enquires - Aid customers, reps and agents stock enquires, product queries and account enquires referring them to appropriate personnel where applicable.
Returns- oversee faulty returns process from initial contact through the production of credit note or replacement for faulty products. Keep customer informed of inspection process and returning to customers their product if claim is rejected.
Administration- Daily printing of invoices and credit notes and filing of paperwork.
To input and process orders in the minimum time frame possible
To maintain an accurate and user-friendly filing system
To pro-actively resolve customer queries/deliveries
To provide support to sales team
Produce reports/analysis timely and within management time table.
To provide support cover where other staff absent or workload dictates.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
Customer service experience
Microsoft Excel knowledge to an advanced level - pivot tables / lookups etc
The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
The ability to react to change
Strong organisational skills
An aptitude for working on different software packages
An interest / participation in Golf would be an advantage although not a requisite.
