Our client is a global financial services provider.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager plans, organizes, and implements the company's technical projects.
- Main duties include coordinating production releases and rollouts, delegating tasks to the necessary employees and presenting on projects' progress and results.
- Owns the project roadmap definition and life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Delivers key projects successfully.
- Leads project initiation and design proposals to elaboration, construction and transition.
- Ensures all projects under remit meet or beat a range of performance targets (eg on-time delivery with agreed scope and within budget).
- Takes responsibility for all aspects of project budget management.
- Manages project risk, compliance and audit aspects.
- Motivate teams to work together in the most efficient manner.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Works closely with internal clients to understand the business requirements and develop effective working relationships to ensure project delivery.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science.
- At least 5 years' experience in IT project management and methods.
- Knowledge of process management, database systems and workflow design is an advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 would be an advantage.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and argumentation skills.
- Economic knowledge and strong customer orientation.
- Willingness to undergo continuous professional development.
- Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
- Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
- Strong and convincing communication skills in English - both written and verbally; any other European language considered as an asset
