Operations Manager (Azure, Microsoft, Governance)

AMS is the world's leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with Arup to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Operations Manager for a 12 month contract based remotely.

Arup are currently looking for Operations Manager -will oversee a team of ICT specialists responsible for delivering a range of business as usual (BAU) ICT services to ISA. Taking strategic direction from the ISA ICT Strategy Lead, The Improvement and Business Change Manager, the Arup Nuclear Digital Lead and the parent company ICT lead representatives, the role will effectively develop and implement strategies for BAU service operations in order to support the ISA business plan

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Security classification - SC clearance is ideal (alternative, we can start at BPSS, and sponsor them through SC)
• Microsoft packages/power apps (Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Azure) - if they've worked in the Microsoft environment, they don't have to be fully qualified people in that area
• IT Services and/or ITIL - likely comes with the territory of the job title alone
• Experience collaborating with different teams (cross functional)
• Stakeholder management
• Proactively seek solutions

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Familiar with HMG (Her Majesty's Government) security standards (such as Cyber Essentials Plus)/Government Security Classification Policy - nice to have, or experience in any other highly regulated environment
