IT Service Continuity Lead
Robert Walters is working in partnership with a national business. They have a long-standing history of providing a range of services to a national customer base. They have undergone a series of acquisitions and mergers, which has enabled them to be one of the largest businesses in their field.
They are keen to appoint an experienced IT Service Continuity Lead on a 6-Month rolling contract to be based in their Worcester offices paying a competitive day rate between GBP550 to GBP650 per day, with a hybrid working model - Inside IR35.
As an experienced IT Service Continuity Lead, you provide 3rd line technical resolution/problem management/support across a technical platform - Microsoft 365, Network, Telephony, Data Centre, and Hosting Operations. In addition, you will lead IT Disaster Recovery frameworks and governance.
IT Service Continuity Lead - Duties
- Lead, manage and develop IT DR/Resiliency planning/strategy
- Deploy tools, frameworks, and good practice processes
- Lead, manage, develop IT service Continuity planning
- Develop IT Service Management and governance processes
- Upkeep on IT Service Continuity and frameworks, business continuity, cyber security response
- Develop/Maintain ITSCM Testing Strategies and schedules
IT Service Continuity Lead - Experience
- ITIL v3.0
- Implementing IT Disaster Recovery frameworks
- Infrastructure, Applications, Backup and Recovery tools and techniques
The contract opportunity for an IT Service Continuity Lead, will pay a competitive day rate between GBP550 to GBP650 per day, with a hybrid working model - Inside IR35.
