As Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition - EMEA Sales, you'll support a team of dedicated recruiters who will drive and execute the country and central functions' recruiting strategies. You will report to the Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition and serve as a leader to our growing Talent Acquisition Business Partner team of approximately 2-4 people. We are growing rapidly, so a fast pace and high volume should not scare you. We still find time for a healthy dose of fun.

To thrive in this role, you should have multi-country experience and comfort managing individuals in multiple countries. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

Lead a Talent Acquisition Team. You will ensure your growing team executes on recruiting initiatives, compiles competitive and market intelligence, and delivers a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience. You will coach and mentor a high-performing team through individual development plans, skill development, and timely performance feedback. In addition, you will evaluate team workload and ensure adequate resource allocation while partnering with other Talent Acquisition teams on business-related and high-volume assignments.

Deliver Results. You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction. You will also manage and support several recruiting initiatives that impact how we recruit and deliver our recruiter and candidate experiences.

Relationship Builder & Trusted Advisor. You will serve as a consultant to business leaders on workforce planning initiatives and allocate Talent Acquisition resources to meet business needs. You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, Human Resources, and Global Employer Brand & Marketing. You will work with outsourcing partners to build and sustain passive talent pools and ensure a consistent experience.

Work through the matrix. You will work closely with our TA leaders across APAC and LATAM to ensure our sales recruitment strategy is aligned globally, and recruitment is on track to meet our business goals.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

Experienced. You have 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience and skills within an HR or Talent Acquisition organization in a consultative and matrix environment. You have extensive knowledge and experience leading a talent acquisition strategy for a large and complex organization. You are comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
Client-Focused. Whether dealing with your candidates, your team, or the partners you support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflow.
Results-Oriented. You take the initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes achieving business results. You have experience working with others to identify resources and enable technical and non-technical solutions. You also have excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Organized Communicator. You're organized and can multi-task, set priorities, and follow up quickly. You are comfortable and proficient in presenting using Powerpoint and can clearly communicate to your leaders, team, and international partners.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
3+ years of experience as noted above
Military experience - skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
