PMO Analyst, Professional Services, PLEASE READ IN FULL! Mainly Remote
PMO Analyst required to work for a Professional Services company based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will mainly be remote and you will only have to go into the office on the odd occasion.
Ideally we need a seasoned, experienced PMO Analyst who has worked for a reputable, large sized firm in the past preferably within Professional Services. This is a slightly different PMO Analyst where you will be working within a PMO function but mainly on the Governance side of things. You do not need Governance experience, but you do need to know what you are walking into here.
We need someone who can articulate their frustrations and what has been broken within Project functions and what you have done to improve this. We need someone who also has the ability to manage and track projects against the benefits of realisation plans.
Also, the base salary will not exceed GBP45k per annum. The range is GBP40-45k per annum plus really good benefits. There is no bonus at this grade, but that will come should you secure promotion in the firm with time. Read on for more details
Experience Required:
Two or more years of experience in a PMO/ Project Admin or Governance role
Knowledge of project planning tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
A confidence in presenting information and acting as a source of knowledge and guidance
Analytical, conceptual thinking, planning and execution skills
Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and take charge of initiatives
Desired experience in using and governing an agile/product delivery framework
