Your new role
An experienced commercial manger to head up its fast-developing CCTV installation and Remote Monitoring division. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to expand our footprint in this area and take responsibility for managing a division within a larger group. Must have a strong sales background and experienced in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Overall responsibility for divisional performance. Achieve new business targets. Develop sales for CCTV, installations and remote monitoring to new customers and up-sell to our existing customer base. Have full responsibility for developing and managing the marketing function. Execute high performance sales discipline in the following:
- Sales/Pipeline Management
- Target driven
Maintain company ethos by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
What you'll need to succeed
An experienced Executive who is commercially focused with an aptitude for technology without necessarily being technical themselves. A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar or related role. The ability to deliver on agreed targets. A strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Is highly motivated, self-starter with an appetite for success. With knowledge of the security industry being an advantage but not essential.
