As part of our growth strategy, we wish to recruit a Marketing Manager reporting to the CMO and working with the management and sales teams.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Company s marketing strategy and plans. Develop overall marketing strategy and annual plans taking account of current and likely trends in the market and our target consumers. Develop and manage branding and marketing campaigns with agents/designers; media; promotion and advertising. Manage internal / external communications, email marketing and visual advertising, etc. Develop and manage the company s social media profile. Analysing website activity and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales. Manage community sponsorship initiatives and represent the Company at community events, civic groups and trade organisations. Support the successful launch of sales campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
A relevant Degree / Higher Diploma business level qualification. 3 / 5+ years post qualification experience ideally with a residential developer. Knowledge of the Irish consumer market- ideally in the areas of sales management, customer care, lead follow-up, marketing campaigns, third-party agents etc. Excellent interpersonal skills; be a team player and good at working with people at all levels.
Given the nature of this role the candidate will also need to be self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and manage a number of different projects at the same time.
A full clean driving licence is also preferable.
