Your new role
As Digital Marketing Executive holds special responsibility for the implementation of the digital marketing and social media strategy.

For the digital aspect you will be handling the online communications, including social media, Web maintenance, e-marketing, and database management.

You will develop, design and implement creative organic and paid content to engage existing and new audiences through the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn channels, delivering detailed monthly content schedules. Managing customer engagement through social media, responding promptly to any customer service queries that arise and proactively engaging with consumers and industry stakeholders. Use available analytics to compile regular reports on the performance of all digital activity. Managing our Google Ads account to ensure the maximising of the potential. Maintaining databases, in line with GDPR best practice while driving our promotion and its work through positive, engaging and professional design and video content, liaising with external photographers and videographers when required.

Participate in the targeting of consumers / clients for events, maintaining accurate and updated contact lists and a log of all targeting activity. Collaborate to create specific promotions. Assist in the administering of the marketing budget, ensuring full and proper records are maintained in line with reporting guidelines. Proofing and checking of materials to ensure that all is within brand guidelines. Liaise with external designers and contractors when required, ensuring accuracy of materials and that key deadlines and deliverables are met. Assist with wider event planning and management as required.

What you'll need to succeed
A comprehensive knowledge and experience of managing social media platforms, including paid and organic content across Facebook and Twitter. A proven track record of delivering successful online campaigns. The knowledge and experience working with Google Ads. Strong MS Office proficiency, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have experience using design tools, e.g. Photoshop / In Design / Canva. The experience of SEO and CMS platforms, e.g. WordPress. Experience of email marketing tools, e.g. Mailchimp and A strong visual sense, with experience of producing strong, engaging and professional visual content.

A minimum of one year s professional digital marketing experience. Highly organised with excellent administration and time management skills. Excellent writing and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to be proactive and self-motivated, and work well as part of an office-based team.
