The ideal candidate for this role is an individual with butcher management experience and extensive knowledge on meat, poultry, and fish. They must also have excellent work-ethic and be a team player.
Our client is offering a competitive Salary Package of ???32k to ???38k DOE
Responsibilities:
Preparing food and ensuring food quality
Waste management
Stock control
Following food safety such as HACCP procedures
Managing and delegating tasks to staff
Achieving department targets
Requirements:
Must have butcher management experience
Ability to lead a team and achieve KPIs
Knowledgeable about waste and stock management
Implement health and safety measures
Communicate clearly with senior management
