Their office in Limerick is currently looking for complaints investigators to join them. The centralized complaints team look after complaints across the financial Solution Group. You will be joining a fantastic working environment with great room for development.
Your new role
Your new role centres around investigating into complex complaints in order to come up with a resolution for the customer. You will work through a case load of complaints while looking into financial data, liaising with internal stakeholders, listening back to calls and looking into different interactions customers have had with the bank in order to come up with a sound and fair solution for the complaint. You will assist your team managers to write up the response letters for the complaints adhering to timelines and SLA's.
What you will need to succeed
In order to be successful, experience within a complaint s role would be desirable with strong letter writing skills. You may also have experience dealing with arrears or restructures within a financial institution. You will also need to have APA in Loans and Regulations . If you have great communication and organization skills and can work of your own initiative, then this is the role for you!
