As Office Co-Ordinator you will join a non-profit organisation that allows young people to create innovative solutions to social challenges to help communities, people, and the environment. Your new office is located in North Dublin and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company require you to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As Office Co-Ordinator you will join a multi-talented team within a professional and fast-paced office environment. Your support duties will include organising and coordinating office operations and procedures, managing the office booking system, coordinating meetings, minuting, managing all client and customer queries, inbox management, HR administration, agenda preparation for meetings, executive support to the Finance and Governance Manager and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall within your new role.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent Office Co-Ordination and Executive Support experience within a well-known non-profit organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Office Co-Ordinator, ideally you will have recent relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook along with strong typing skills is essential. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary to ensure efficient running of the office. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with a range of stakeholders and the public. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is required.

With clear and relevant examples of your communication, co-ordination and administrative skills will be a very strong candidate for this role.
