Your new company are a dental health and teaching facility. The company are the centre of excellence in patient care, education and research, which drives the learning experience of students and the delivery of the highest quality care to patients. The organisation are looking for a Head of HR to manage the HR function.
Your new role
As theHead of HR, you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function in the organisation at a strategic and operational level. You will provide expert advice and support to the Chief Executive Officer and advise them on emerging issues. You will maintain excellent communications between the CEO, staff throughout the Department, senior management, departmental heads and all staff throughout the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a relevant third level qualification in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of three years autonomous experience in a Senior HR role. You will have demonstrable experience of operating at a senior HR management level preferably in a public sector setting and you will have a sound knowledge of contemporary public sector Human Resources practices, employment legislation and payroll.
