Packing Operative
Rochester, Kent
Permanent
Salary - GBP18,600 + GBP600 p/a shift allowance
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts weekly (Week 1 - 6am-2pm & week 2 - 2pm-10pm)
Main Responsibilities:
- Packing and palletising of goods
- Cleaning machinery
- Removal of waste from the production lines
- Stretch wrapping
- Machine filling of packing materials
- Inspection of finished goods
- Movement of goods by movement aids
- Assist the Machine Operators in any task when appropriate
Experience required:
- Previous experience within a similar role or in food manufacturing environment - essential
