Graduate Cost Analyst

A national main contractor in the design, build and maintenance of infrastructure projects is looking to add a Graduate Cost Analyst to their Commercial team. Your primary responsibility will be to produce subcontractor account summaries in line with agreed terms and ensure that payments are made accordingly. The role in more detail:

• Producing subcontract account summaries
• Processing payments into Oracle
• Managing liability sheet for application only accounts
• Updating of subcontractor account summaries with weekly recharges
• Creating and processing variation orders
• Liaising with subcontractors and handling any account queries
• Ensuring weekly trackers are updated
• Organising Retention Releases when advised by Quantity Surveyors

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or have experience of working in a financial/office environment. You will possess excellent communication skills and be proactive along with the drive to do well and progress within the role.
