About The Role

We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for SAP Business Analysts to join our ICT team in our competency centre deploying and enhancing our global template worldwide.

The successful candidates will work in the ICT Global integrate operations area as part of the Manufacturing workstream which covers the areas of Engineering, Operations or Production Execution, Quality and Warehouse.

We have the following opportunities in the below areas:
  • Warehouse Management (WM) X1
  • Production Execution X3
  • Supply Chain X1

Each role will require travel to mainland Europe, US and Asia to support the deployment of our Global SAP Kerryconnect Project (20% Travel).

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy and we are flexible on candidate location.

What will I be doing?
  • Help to design, build, test and deploy the Kerryconnect solution for various areas by working closely with other team members and consulting partners.
  • Actively own, promote and improve the Kerryconnect technical solution and associated processes for your area.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to explore and deliver opportunities for enhancements to process, ways of working and integration opportunities with other systems.
  • Prepare for and partake in design confirmation on future enhancements to the Global template.
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and workflows).
  • Generate required configuration rationales and execute the configuration in SAP.
  • Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Carry out the relevant activities in site preparation, cut-over, and post-go live support.
  • Validate training material developed by the training team.
  • Provide support to the application maintenance team to ensure service delivery requirements to live SAP sites are continually met.

What do I need to be successful?

In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a similar role and environment.

These include:
  • Experience in the design, configuration, test, data conversion or implementation of SAP QM, SAP-MM and / or SAP-APO
  • Degree in ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or other related discipline.
  • Experience in a similar role and environment.
  • Experience in one or more of the following manufacturing areas is a plus (Operations, Quality, Warehousing, Engineering) but not a necessary requisite.
  • Prior experience of working with users in a Manufacturing environment would be a plus.
  • Well organised with a proven track record in meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to mainland Europe, US and Asia to support the deployment of our Global SAP Kerryconnect Project (20% Travel).
