Job Summary
The role of an Early Careers Officer is to work closely within the team for the attraction, recruitment and development on the Early Careers Schemes within Knight Frank across the UK. The successful candidate would become the subject matter expert on talent attraction, engagement and on boarding while supporting on strategic project management and performing an ambassadorial role internally and externally. The responsibilities will include nurturing internal stakeholder relationships and leading a fair and equal process when we recruit, assess and on board people into our teams.

Responsibilities
Engage with universities on and off campus to plan events and promote the Firm
Responsibility for the recruitment process from application, screening to final assessment centres.
Participating at recruitment events and engaging directly with candidates at interview and assessment stage.
Conduct appraisals with Graduates on the scheme.
Delivery of internship and graduate scheme training
Skills & Experience required:
1-2 years Early Careers, HR or Recruitment experience.
Experience in managing multiple projects, to tight deadlines.
Stakeholder management
Ability to influence and manage external and internal stakeholders up to senior management.
Customer service, sales, recruitment or resourcing experience would be of interest.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Experience of working collaboratively within teams and being a proactive contributor
Personal skills
Able to demonstrate diplomatic and influencing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Skilled at working under pressure.
Imagination and good visual sense.
Strong IT and presenting skills
Pro-active, hands-on and a strong sense of self-motivation.
Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation and to external audiences.
Able to facilitate and manage meetings.
Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team.
