As Warehouse Operative, you ll be responsible for all aspects within our warehouse department including picking and assembly customers orders through to loading vehicles ahead of deliveries.
Working 13.30-22.00 or 14.30-23.00, Monday to Friday paying GBP13.32 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance).
Responsibilities:
In the position of Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:
Picking and assembling orders in our cold store with a high level of quality and accuracy
In loading stock for bulk storage
Replenishment of empty pick locations
Loading vehicles for delivery
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse order picking experience essential
Successful candidates will be flexible, motivated and committed with a "can do" approach
You ll be able to demonstrate a good work ethic, with a willingness to work additional hours to get the job done when required - compensated with a competitive overtime rate
You ll be willing to learn new skills and develop abilities
Calm under pressure, with the ability to work within tight deadlines
Must be able to manage with the demands of a high speed and high frequency factory picking environment
