The role is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of vacancies across the UK (and some International).
Alongside the day-to-day sourcing for vacancies, a key element of this in-house role will be stakeholder management. You will work closely with your hiring managers to influence and guide on the recruitment process, and aid them in identifying skills gaps and future-proofing the structure of their teams.
The following list of duties is not exhaustive, but gives an overview of the expected responsibilities:
Managing the end to end recruitment process from job requisition, sourcing and screening through to job offer management
Taking role briefings from hiring managers, writing meaningful and inclusive job adverts and ensuring role is posted across a range of channels
Building sourcing strategies and using creative ways to identify and engage local talent
Reducing reliance on recruitment agencies by driving a direct hire approach
Providing benchmarking data and market insight to the business to help planning and decision making
Be viewed as the subject matter expert for all things Talent Acquisition and build credibility across the hiring manager population
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers and develop true business partnering approachThe role sits within a small HR team, so it would also be advantageous to see applicants with some HR generalist experience (or CIPD), as there is the expectation of supporting on more generalist HR matters when capacity allows.
We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for business support roles would be advantageous however not essential; as would professional services experience.
On offer is a competitive benefits package, and super flexible hybrid working.
If you're seeking a new opportunity in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition in the North, please contact Paige Stephens at LHH.
