The HR Advisor will provide advice and assistance on HR policies, procedures, and projects, as well as supporting on employment legislation queries and all ER matters. The successful candidate will join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, however there is scope for further progression.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation queries
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the HR team
- Support with annual appraisals and salary reviews
- Support on talent and success planning
- Work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion team
- Work closely with the Recruitment team and line managers to determine resourcing needs
- Responsible for all aspects of absence management and leave processes
- Analyse sickness and absence statistics
- Record and monitor employee absence data, noting any trends and promoting early intervention
- Responsible for all Employee Relations matters
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policy or procedural issues to employees and managers
- Act as the main point of contact for any employee concerns or issues
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings
- Analyse and manage HR data and MI
Profile
- CIPD qualification
- Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced HR department
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience of working with HR systems
- Previous HR experience, ideally at HR Advisor level
- High attention to detail
Job Offer
- GBP33,000 - GBP35,000 per annum
