Production Operatives - Immediate Starts

Insight Employment are currently seeking 20 + Production Operatives to work for a leading bakery in Central Milton Keynes. Are you looking for regular ongoing work? Are you looking for a company that cares and rewards its staff! Are you available for an immediate start? The Role: - This role involves working on a production line of a food manufacturing company. You will be unloading bread and packing within a fast-paced environment. You will be labelling boxes, palletising the bread, and making sure this goes to the correct location. Requirements: - Previous food Production Operative experience is preferred but not essential Previous Warehouse Operative experience is preferred but not essential Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to pack correctly at speed with attention to detail Good communication skills both oral and written Must be Flexible, reliable, and punctual Good level of personal hygiene Must be a team player Able to work a full 12-hour shift on your feet Continental shifts and hours: - Day shift: - 4 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off 06:00-18:00 Night shift: - 4 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off 18:00-06:00 Rates: - Days - GBP10.06 per hour Nights - GBP12.58 per hour Overtime rates: - Days - GBP15.09 per hour Nights - GBP18.87 per hour These rates apply when you work over your shift pattern Inductions are provided before you start work.
