Dispute Resolution Paralegal - FTC

Expert Recruits are delighted to be working with a hugely successful Legal 500 firm in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Dispute Resolution department on a FTC until July 2023.

The firm have recently been recognised as the Best Medium Sized Business at the Surrey Health Business Awards.

The Paralegal will focus on undefended debt recovery work, within the wider, Dispute Resolution team based in Camberley. You ll be involved in bulk client work as well as the firm s own unpaid client invoices.

Knowledge of court process and contract law is desirable; however, the firm are open to considering candidates with a willingness to learn this area of law.

As the ideal applicant, you will need to have prior paralegal experience and have completed your LPC . Alongside excellent IT skills, outstanding numeracy and literacy abilities, you ll need a can-do flexible approach to working.
