IT Support Analyst FTC X2

Do you enjoy helping end users to overcome issues and reach their technical goals? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no 2 days or tickets are the same? Our leading FinTech client who have just been involved in a large-scale merger have got 2 opportunities for experienced IT Support Analysts.

You ll find this role extremely varied and no one day will be the same. Examples of how you might spend your time include:

• Providing first-line support to IT systems issues
• Keeping customers (the wider business) informed of reported issues through the ticketing system
• Working on user and security access management requests and issues
• Investigating and responding to alerts generated by the monitoring system

Sound interesting? To be considered, you must have experience in the majority of the following:

• Experience working with end users on IT systems issues
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, networking and storage
• Basic knowledge of using different problem-solving techniques and reporting deficiencies
• Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others
• A team player, approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile
• Knowledge of ITIL and service desk environment (not essential but would be advantageous)
• Knowledge of supporting phone systems and networking (again would be advantageous but isn't essential)
