Our client is an industry leading Occupational Health Provider. They are looking for a customer service administrator to join their team in Daventry on a temp to perm basis.

Communicating with external and internal clients, suppliers and the OH team

Managing the team's diaries:

Scheduling appointments

Limit bookings

run the case tracker

Monitor and produce invoices

Produce management information for clients

Perform routine administrative tasks

Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

This role is to start ASAP

Essential Requirements:

Prior strong office based administrative experience.

Compete user of MS office suites - STRONG excel experience

Able to work as a team and independently.
