Our client based in Trafford Park, ( Near Trafford Centre ) are looking for Factory Operatives to join their team at their busy manufacturing site.
Pay Rates and Shift Patterns ( Monday to Friday )
ROTATING Shifts AM/PM/NT- 38 hours per week
Day to Day Duties
All breaks paid for
GBP10.44 full week attendance bonus
OT ( After 38 hrs ) - Saturday time and 1/2
OT - Sunday and bank holiday - double time
Yearly pay increases
Paid breaks
Worker incentives and prizes

Day to Day Duties
Assisting in the assembly and production of fire prevention equipment
Wrapping, gluing and foiling of manufactured products
Working to achievable daily targets
Trained in various jobs
Quality checking of products
Stacking, packing and palletising of finished products
Cleaning down manufactured products
Cutting materials for operators.
A good eye for detail and the ability to work under your own initiative (following training ) is key.
Essential Skills
English level must be communicative.
Good level of reading and writing.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a factory environment is not required, but desirable.
Previous experience of working in production, assembly or warehouse environment.
What training is provided?
You will work with dedicated production team who will provide you with training on your first week of work and provide ongoing support thereafter.
