A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful, ambitious and specialist team of Building Services Consultants based in Oxford. You will become part of a skilled team that will be specialising in maximising the efficiency of buildings, through optimising fabric with efficient mechanical and electrical design solutions. You will be working on several different projects through varying different sectors including Education, Housing, Healthcare, Industry & Commerce, Arts & Leisure, Research, Police & Defence and Transport.
The ideal candidate will;
Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other design software
Be proactive in understanding and developing new industry ideas
Have the ability to manage projects from inception up until completion
Be able to develop and improve the relationship with clients
Be able to learn whilst on the job
Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Building Services engineering designResponsibilities:
Ensuring that all mechanical/electrical specifications for project design work are adequate for their intended purpose
Ensuring that all mechanical and electrical services confirm with all relevant legislative, statutory and Health and Safety regulations
Monitoring installations and management of contractors to ensure the installation is of the highest quality
To liaise with team, department, and company colleagues
To assist in with the provision of appropriate training and instruction to all staff within the departmentWhat our client can offer you:
