Process Improvement Lead with significant prior experience of applying Sigma and lean techniques to service industry processes is required by a buoyant, expanding software house. You will lead the continuous improvement of process identifying a range of projects, working with the operational business to implement a key selection of those projects while ensuring that the project benefits are gained.

This is a predominantly remote working role with 1 or 2 days a week in our clients Stoke-on-Trent offices.

Key Experience:

• Project leadership: experience of leading process improvement projects with quantifiable benefits
• Process knowledge: previous experience working with the operational business to understand the actual processes being implemented
• Project definition and execution: ability to identify candidate projects, provide a reasonable fact base to assess the candidate projects, implement the change and control project phases
• Work with the wider business: able to network with the whole business from the board to the "front line". Able to be seen as a solution to operational issues. The role will require regular reporting into the board.
