Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious client to recruit an Internal Sales Specialist to join their advancing organisation in Luton.
The successful candidate will become part of an energetic and positive team environment with a key focus on driving strong customer relationships, account growth & high levels of service. Our client is looking for an individual who demonstrates previous Sales experience as well as account management for a range of customers.
Internal Sales: Responsibilities.
Lead Generation - Developing new and existing Sales opportunities
Following up leads for outbound calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Qualify opportunities for further development
Close sales to achieve personal objectives
Managing the order process - providing post-sales support
Manage and maintain Sales pipelines
Internal Sales: Experience/Skills.
Previous experience within a Sales/Account Management position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Customer Service - Friendly personable attitude
Focused/Team Player
Persistent Attitude
Ability to build a strong rapport
Strong problem solving and listening skills
Motivated & Driven to succeed
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong organisation and planning skills
IT Literate
Internal Sales: Information.
Salary: GBP25,000per annum + Bonus Scheme GBP(Apply online only) per month on average
Hours: Monday to Friday - 38.5hrs per week
Type: Permanent contract working from office with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
