Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer - GBP40K - GBP50K - Basingstoke - Materials Testing Machinery
I m currently recruiting for a leading manufacturing company in the Basingstoke area. They re looking for a talented Electromechanical Design Engineer with a can do attitude and hands on approach. You will need to be capable of creating 2D and 3D designs with clear, concise engineering BOMS as well as creating and maintaining all calculations and documentation related to designs, assist the production team with thorough documentation and assembly instructions, and enhance existing designs.
Main Duties Include:
+ Design from concept through to production
+ 2D/3D CAD design (Solidworks and AutoCAD)
+ Hands-on manufacturing
+ Re-designing existing products
+ Reviewing company processes and procedures
Skills and Experience Required:
+ Relevant degree in engineering or design
+ Experienced in the full product lifecycle
+ Strong 2D/3D CAD Skills
+ Special Purpose machinery design experience (preferred)
Salary will be between GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 depending on experience. The company also has a wide range of benefits for staff including bonus and company profit share schemes.
