Sanderson are collaborating with our client to help them recruit a Bid Manager to work within their bid management team who will work closely alongside business development on the support of new commercial opportunities for the organisation
The role itself will help manage complex bid opportunities, help lead the bid teams activities and people to ensure that proposals and contract documents are produced on time whilst ensuring the relevant and appropriate governance
The ideal candidate will need to have a mix of the following skills to ensure they are able to carry out the role effectively and efficiently;
- Write winning contract bids that demonstrate the full capacity of our clients services
- Plan and co-ordinate on the full bid "lifecycle"
- Gain a solid understanding of current & future products & services
- Develop and manage bid strategy in line with the sales team
- The ability to management multiple projects
- Work across both internal and external clients & colleagues
