Your new role as Payroll & Pensions Advisor

• Processing full end-to-end monthly payroll (overtime, P45 s, RTI submissions, P11d s, queries, auto enrolment etc)
• Ensuring reporting changes are correct in payroll and transferring associates as and when required
• Downloading P6/P9's, student loans from Inland Revenue on-line on a weekly basis
• Completing all Government forms eg housing benefit, child benefit
• Processing CSA, UB85, jury duty, national statistics' etc in a timely manner
• Collating and distributing payroll reports for VP's and managers
• Auditing all phased return to work associates on iTrent to ensure accurate data implemented
• Preparing head count each month for the management
• Producing figures for Directors remuneration
• Administrating company pension fund administration
