Forres based client in the engineering industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, to provide a professional and courteous point of contact for the company. As well as undertaking administrative duties as required.

The main duties for this role include: -

General reception duties i.e., Answering incoming phone calls and transferring as necessary, greeting, and welcoming visitors
Monitoring email boxes
Carrying out administration requests
Maintaining stock and ordering stationery/office supplies
Data input
Scanning, photocopying, word processing
Booking accommodation and travel

To be considered suitable for this role you must have the following: -

Extensive experience of Microsoft Office
Ability to pick up new skills quickly
Work well individually and as part of a team
Ability to take instruction from management effectively
Be organised
