This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with commercial property experience to develop their knowledge within agricultural property alongside a knowledgeable and reputable solicitor.Our client is a reputable law firm with several offices. They are known for taking on people at a paralegal level and progressing them through the ranks within fairly short time scales. They are now seeking a agricultural property solicitor to join their team to assist in dealing with all aspects of property based agricultural to include acquisition and disposal of freehold land as well as agricultural, residential or business leasehold matters with particular emphasis on Agricultural Holding Act tenancies, estate management, refinancing, subsidy advice and agri-environmental schemes. To be considered for this position our client is looking for a paralegal who has already had exposure to some agricultural work or somebody with commercial property experience willing to learn and develop their experience within agricultural property. An interest in this area of law would be advantageous. In return the firm offer a competitive salary, an extensive benefits package along with the ability to progress internally.
