Drift IT are currently working in partnership with PETA to recruit and train a new Administration Apprentice for their procurement department. This fantastic opportunity offers a highly competitive starting salary of GBP14,000 - GBP18,000 depending on experience.

As an Administration Apprentice, you will be studying towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. This apprenticeship programme will help you to develop a diverse knowledge of the world of business.
The programme is 15 months in length and will involve ongoing training and mentoring from the Drift IT team combined with 10 off the job training days at the PETA centre.
What will my new role involve?
As an Administration Apprentice within the procurement department, you will learn how to manage a range of tasks including:
Accepting deliveries at the office, checking in stock on spreadsheets, recording serial numbers and tracking discrepancies
Informing technicians that stock has arrived and chase them to collect if required
Chasing purchase orders with schools
Actioning and processing basic quotes
Answering the phone, taking messages and dealing with sales calls
Raising tickets for incoming enquiries using the company support management system
Updating and maintaining the company CRM system

As this is an apprenticeship role, no experience is required! Our ideal applicant will be friendly, positive, organised, and competent using IT systems. If this sounds like you and you have a keen interest in technology, this could be the perfect role.
To be considered for the role, you must:
Have GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade 4/C
Be willing to work hard and complete the apprenticeship programme
Be an excellent team player and have great communication skills
