The ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitor would have experience in handling multifaceted and complex transactions. They must be adaptable with strong communication and negotiating skills.

The caseload will be varied and interesting and will include matters such as:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate transactional work
• Directors and Shareholders rights
• Corporate finance
• Joint ventures

The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be willing to dedicate a large proportion of their time to business development and to assist in further growing the department. There will be supervisory elements to the role and experience of supervising peers and junior colleagues would be beneficial.
