The Role
We are looking for an organised and professional Quality Assurance Administrator with excellent communication skills to provide operational support for a number of key activities during the 2022-23 academic year. RADA is embarking on a review of its core academic programmes in preparation for revalidation by King’s College London and the postholder will coordinate the processes associated with this, including consultation with staff, students and other stakeholders. Associated work will include embedding RADA’s anti-racism strategy within its curricula, systems and processes, and the postholder will support the Director of Equity in progressing the institution’s anti-racism action plan. The QA Administrator will also have the opportunity to assist with the compilation of RADA’s submission to the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) in January 2023.
The postolder will be based within the Student and Academic Services team, under the direction of the Registrar however they will also be accountable to the Director of Equity in relation to the curriculum review and equity work. In addition they will have the opportunity to work closely with Course Directors, senior managers, academic staff and students across the Academy.
The post is offered on a 10 month fixed term basis at 0.6 FTE, with some flexibility in the days and hours worked. Some offsite working may be possible, however regular attendance at in-person meetings will be required.
