Multi Skilled Joiner

About the role
Working as a joiner within our property services team you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality repairs & alterations appropriate to your trade for JRHT and JRF along with any future Clients.

Duties include repairs and alterations to JRHT domestic and other housing stock. Carrying out all manner of Joinery and building repairs such as existing fittings and fixtures works associated modernisation and our void properties, works with fascia, soffit and roofing along with any other general joinery work.

This is a busy role working as part of a wider trades’ team however, you will need to work on your own initiative at times and be adept at resolving issues as and when they arise.

About you
You will have a broad base of joinery experience which you will be able to apply to a domestic setting. Versed in health and safety matters you will possess a relevant qualification to support your trades are (NVQ or City and Guilds etc).

If you are able to demonstrate your ability to work with customers and can act on your own initiative with minimum supervision then we would like to hear from you.
