Serviced Aparrtments / Suites Operations Manager
Contract Type: Full Time
Location: Knightsbridge/Dartford/Camden
Salary: up to GBP30.5k

The Serviced Aparrtments / Suites Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in keeping the daily operation under smooth control.
They are looking for a candidate who is process driven, has a great attention to detail and is willing to turn their hand to any task.
About the role:
Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
General administrative duties to assist in the running of the department.
Creation and maintenance of office management systems and procedures.
Dealing with email and telephone enquiries/making outbound calls to guests, partners/clients.
Receiving inbound calls and responding to emails regarding bookings, account queries, handling disputes, taking payments and setting arrangements.
Booking management and maintaining guest relations - sending check-in/checkout information, taking deposits and arranging maintenance.
Following procedures and ensuring office policies are maintained.
Manage corporate accounts including invoicing, statements of account and other enquiries.
Appraising new property investment deals/opportunities.
Review company financials and make suggestions for improvements.
Manage new customer/partner/property onboarding where required.
Listing properties onto OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking etc.
Manage payments/track and control account expense - ensuring remittance of sales.
Directly report to the Vice President. What we are looking for:
An organised and self-motivated individual
Excellent communication skills and incredible phone manner.
Previous experience working in a customer focused environment, a self-starter with attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Very organised and able to prioritise with limited information.
Confident in their ability to work independently.
Quick and effective decision-maker with high emotional intelligence and exceptional project management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word with good financial literacy.
