HR Advisor (Level 1) - Training and Delivery

Salary: GBP21,000
Location: Hybrid home/office split - at least 1 day per week at The Matchworks, 142 Speke Road, Liverpool, L19 2PH
Our HR shared services team looks after 14,000 members of staff across the UK who work in our Transport Infrastructure, Secure Infrastructure, Consulting and Utilities businesses.
We have a permanent, full time vacancy for a HR Advisor in our Transactional HR Shared Services team, to manage training and delivery requests from across Amey.
As a HR Advisor in our Transactional team, you will answer queries via phone, email and through our HR systems from internal customers regarding internal training needs and liaise with external training suppliers to book these training requests.
This could be an ideal position for someone with administrative experience or a HR qualification looking for their first role.
What will this role involve?
Transactional processing within your business unit team
Undertaking all transactional activity including, Telephone calls and email queries.
Transactional activity will include, Payroll, Pensions, Training and Employee lifecycle.
Ensure collaborative working supporting other HRSS Assurance & change teams when
volumes are high in other areas.
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
Working with HR Manager to identify own areas of development.
Delivering excellent customer service, responding to cases in a professional manor.
Business Engagement:
Provide a business unit focussed service and support with customer escalations, issues,
problems.
Support continuous service improvement within HR Shared Services based upon team and customer feedback.
Support a culture of multi-skilling within the shared service team.
Supporting the transition of projects into BAU.What are we looking for?
