We’re currently looking for a Volunteer & General Support Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Volunteer & General Support Administrator, you will join the Volunteer Team who are responsible for general support functions and supporting volunteer processes for the whole charity.

Your duties will include:

- Responding to telephone, email and postal communications
- Updating volunteer information and preferences within the databases
- Supporting potential volunteers with problems applying to become volunteers
- Undertaking DBS/PVG checks, references, etc.
- Monitoring and auctioning the central onboarding process for potential volunteers
- Analysing volunteer management data

About You

To be considered as a Volunteer & General Support Administrator, you will need:

- A working knowledge of preparing mailshots
- Good working knowledge of data management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer services skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to use Word, Excel and databases
