The right candidate with also report into a knowledgeable Assistant Finance Manager at a company who pride themselves on their ability to offer readily accessible routes for progression.It is also worth noting that this company actively encourage diversity within their community, and reward employees with fantastic incentives and benefits, including very flexible working patterns and 30+ days annual leave.ROLE: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANTLOCATION: NOTTINGHAMSALARY PACKAGE: GBP25,000 - GBP32,000 (EXPERIENCE DEPENDANT) + STUDY SUPPORTEXTRA BENEFITS INCLUDE:- 50% Working from home each week.- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays.- Market leading pension offering.- Access to fitness and health facilities.THE ROLE DUTIES:- Assisting the preparation of monthly management accounts.- Assisting the preparation of year end statutory accounts.- Variance analysis and comparison to budget.- Assisting with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.- Liaising with various internal stakeholders to discuss financials.- Balance sheet reconciliations.- Journal production.Don t worry, you do not need to have had prior experience with all of the above responsibilities to be considered.
